Q: I can't remember my password and/or user ID. What can I do?
A: If you've forgotten your user ID or password, go to the home page and click the Forgot your user ID or password? link in the Member Login box. Next, type the e-mail address you used when you registered, then click Submit. You will receive an e-mail from ce-university.org containing your ID and password. (It's important to keep your e-mail address current. If your e-mail address changes at any time after you register, be sure to update it on the Your Account page.)


Q: How do I change my password and user ID?
A: Click the Your Account link on the top toolbar of the page, then click Update Your Account Information. On this page, you can change your password and user ID.


Q: Are your CME activities accredited?
A: Yes. To see the details of our accreditations, visit our Accreditation page.


Q: How do I get my certificates?
A: After answering all of the test questions, and completing the evaluation form, and clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the evaluation page, a certificate will be presented for immediate printing.
